You pick how many times you want to workout according to your individual lifestyle. At the moment all the workouts are full body but THIS week we are implementing a feature which will enable you to choose how long you want your workouts to be, e.g. 10/30/60 minutes; and you can change between them!

The more workouts you do, the faster you will progress – but you are going at your own pace.
