Most people don't know how to stay motivated mostly because they don't know how to measure their progress effectively.

Duh, most people don't even have specific training goals set up.

And this is part of our secret sauce.

Here are some elements that are designed to keep our athletes motivated:

• providing a clear goal & a pathway to get there,

• constantly measuring progress, and

• celebrating even the smallest improvements on their journey.

Here is how it works:

You already know that our training system is designed around skills, and it starts with foundational body movements: pushing, pulling, legs, and core.

Behind each of these categories, we have very specific movements that you need to master before you can move to more advanced skills. (make sense duh!)

They will show up in your training program like that

Our team deconstruct each skill into the smallest effective progressions & create a plan for you to follow.

Next step is assessment.

It is extremely important for us to know exactly where you are on the road to mastering any skill.

This way, we make sure that your training is just right:

1 Not too easy - so you don't end up wasting time not making progress as your muscles are not being challenged.

2 Not too hard - otherwise you are risking an injury.

So, let's say you are at:

Step 5 of Pull-up Fundamental: Close Arm Descents.

You have a very clear goal to achieve: The mastery for Step 5 is 3 sets of 12 reps.

As you start your workout, we ask you to do several reps and give us feedback so we can adjust your training in real-time.

(This is what we call hyper-personalization, something that is only possible if you have an expensive and very attentive personal trainer with you).

As you keep working out, you start getting stronger, and you can clearly see your progress toward the current step and your overall skill.

This is very powerful.

So yes, on average, it might take 2-5 workouts to master one step and move to another, which means you will be doing the same movements over and over again for these few workouts.

But every time you do, you will see a little % circle go up and up and up...until eventually, it reaches 100, and you are through to the next level.

And guess what? This is exciting. There is a lot to celebrate!
