You will see cardio exercises in two places in our training plan.

  1. Warmup - you can read more on how this is created here.

  2. Endurance Section - as a part of your training, you have Strength, Muscle Building & Endurance sections.

We also add mobility & flexibility based on a specific movement you are working on. - you can read more on how the training program is structured here and how we split routines for the most effective results here


Additionally, we have additional workouts in the on-demand section if you just want a pure cardio workout. Here you can pick a workout based on whatever you want or need to do this day.


The program is very comprehensive, and its goal is to guide you step by step on a journey toward bodyweight mastery that includes over 100 calisthenics and gymnastic skills.
